Birth data is used to compute your chart. Free readings submitted with an email and their lead records are deleted after 7 days; free readings without an email are not archived on our servers. Paid report content and PDFs are kept online for 60 days for guests and account holders. Keep the PDF attached to your delivery email. Account profiles and minimal purchase records are retained separately. You may request deletion at hello@fatealignlab.com. PayPal handles payment; we do not store card details or sell personal data.

For digital reports, contact hello@fatealignlab.com within 48 hours after the complete report is delivered if you are dissatisfied, including incorrect information, layout or content issues. You may request a refund directly or choose a correction first; correction is optional. Duplicate charges, non-delivery, delivery of the wrong product and statutory remedies are not subject to this 48-hour limit. After 48 hours, other discretionary refund requests are not accepted.
