1. Services

Ba Zi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, and Feng Shui reports are digital products for entertainment and self-reflection Results are generated by AI and should not be treated as medical, legal, or financial advice

2. Payments

All prices in USD Payments processed via PayPal We reserve the right to change pricing

3. Refunds

For digital reports, contact hello@fatealignlab.com within 48 hours after the complete report is delivered if you are dissatisfied, including incorrect information, layout or content issues. You may request a refund directly or choose a correction first; correction is optional. Duplicate charges, non-delivery, delivery of the wrong product and statutory remedies are not subject to this 48-hour limit. After 48 hours, other discretionary refund requests are not accepted. Physical products follow the separate returns rules. Physical products (crystals and bracelets) may be returned within 7 days See our Returns Policy for details

4. Intellectual Property

All report content, website design, and brand assets belong to FateAlign Lab Reports are for personal use only — no resale or redistribution

5. Limitation of Liability

FateAlign Lab is not liable for decisions made based on report interpretations Use our services at your own discretion

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for misuse
