To generate your Ba Zi / Zi Wei / Feng Shui reports To process orders and deliver products To send order confirmations and support emails

3. Data Storage
Free readings submitted with an email, including the related birth data, are automatically deleted after 7 days. A free reading viewed without an email is not stored on our servers. Paid report content and PDFs are kept online for 60 days for both guests and account holders, then removed. Account profiles and minimal purchase records are retained separately. The PDF attached to your delivery email or downloaded to your device remains in your possession. You may request deletion at any time at hello@fatealignlab.com. Payment and order records required by law are kept separately and do not include full birth data.

4. Cookies
Essential cookies keep the shopping cart and sign-in working. The site cannot function without them. Optional analytics: a first-party funnel measurement that stores a random identifier in your browser and records page events. It starts only after you press Accept. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your data.
