1. Shipping

Free worldwide shipping on orders $100+ Ships from China. Preparation takes up to one week; international transit is estimated at a further 1–2 weeks after dispatch. Destination, customs and carrier delays may affect arrival. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Tracking provided for all orders

2. Returns — Physical Products

Crystals and bracelets can be returned within 7 days Items must be unused, in original packaging Return shipping at customer's expense Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving return

3. Digital reports and return exceptions

For digital reports, contact hello@fatealignlab.com within 48 hours after the complete report is delivered if you are dissatisfied, including incorrect information, layout or content issues. You may request a refund directly or choose a correction first; correction is optional. Duplicate charges, non-delivery, delivery of the wrong product and statutory remedies are not subject to this 48-hour limit. After 48 hours, other discretionary refund requests are not accepted. Physical products follow the separate returns rules.

4. Damaged Items
