Zi Wei, the Emperor Star
Zi Wei is the star the system is named for. Like a pole star, it is an anchor in the chart. It is not a title, and it is not a promise of rank.

Why Your Birth Time Matters
The hour pillar is two characters you only get from a real birth time, corrected to true solar time. Here is what moves, what usually does not, and what to do when the clock is a guess.

Read Your Career Palace
The Career Palace is the Purple Star chart’s seat for work and public role. It offers a traditional pattern. It does not name your profession or your promotion.

Which Luck Cycle Are You In?
Every ten years, a new luck cycle opens. It is a chapter of symbols, built from the month pillar — not a decade that has been judged good or bad in advance.

Frost’s Descent and the Scorpio Sun
Frost’s Descent and the Sun’s entry into Scorpio are one astronomical moment described twice. Late autumn, Metal giving way toward Water, and no promise hidden in the weather.

Plants and Wood Energy
A living plant is Wood in the most literal sense. Feng Shui likes it healthy. It does not need the plant to bring you anything but a living room.

The Command Position
Sit where you can see the door, with something solid behind you. That is the command position. It is a seating habit, not a guarantee of focus or rank.

Which Star Is in Your Life Palace?
The star in the Life Palace is the one people ask about first. It describes a way of meeting the world. It does not appoint you to anything.

How Two Ba Zi Charts Are Read Together
Compatibility in Ba Zi is two full charts read side by side. It looks for how the patterns meet. It does not hand you a percentage or a yes.

Clear Your Entryway
The entryway is where a home takes in the street. Clearing it is ordinary care with a traditional name — useful, and not a promise about what happens next.

Your Life in Twelve Palaces
Zi Wei Dou Shu, Purple Star Astrology, lays twelve life areas around a birth moment. The palaces are a map of questions, not a timetable of events.

What’s Your Day Master?
Your birth moment holds eight characters. The Day Master is the one Ba Zi treats as you — a starting point for the rest of the chart, not a finished portrait.

Amethyst: The Fire Stone That Burns Inward
Most people know amethyst as a calming stone. But in the Five Element system, this violet quartz belongs to Fire — a specific kind of fire that lights the corridors of intuition rather than the stage of action.

Rose Quartz: The Fire That Thaws What Is Frozen
Rose quartz is called the stone of unconditional love. But why does a pink stone belong to Fire, not Earth or Metal? The answer lies in what love actually does: it warms.

Citrine: The Earth Stone That Holds What You Earn
Citrine is called the merchant's stone. But in Five Element theory, its power comes from Earth — the element of accumulation. This is not a stone that brings wealth. It is a stone that helps you keep it.
